Developed by 4-time Olympic Gold Medalist Lenny Krayzelburg, this cutting-edge teaching approach empowers you to create successful and profitable aquatic programs.
SwimRight® Academy was founded in 2005 by four-time Olympic gold medalist, Lenny Krayzelburg, following his remarkable swimming career at the 2000 and 2004 Olympic Games.
Inspired to create lasting change, he developed a swim program that helps people of all ages— from infants to adults—build confidence, develop essential life skills, and stay safe in and around water.
At the core of our program is the SwimRight® Method—a structured, evidence-based teaching system built on the proven swim-float-swim technique. This approach ensures a safe and effective learning process, from water safety fundamentals to mastering all four competitive strokes. Our certified instructors are always in the water, providing hands-on guidance, motivation, and support tailored to each learner’s age and skill level.
In 2018, the program was rebranded as SwimRight Academy® and expanded nationally through a licensed partner network, allowing more families and individuals to access high-quality swim instruction. Each location adheres to strict safety standards
Through this growing network of licensed locations, we’ve brought our program to cities like Miami, Boston, Brooklyn, Dallas, and beyond—often partnering with community centers, including multiple Jewish Community Centers (JCCs).
Recognized as one of the top learn-to-swim programs in the U.S. and rated Best Swim Lessons in Los Angeles, SwimRight Academy continues to raise the bar in swim education. Our goal is to empower learners of all ages through swimming — equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive both in the water and in life.
